handouts, literature, etc. of one individual at one location of your

hour session), $50 for each additional hour |

gardens and homes (interiors and exteriors), and general

The above prices are for locations in the
Batavia, Illinois area which includes Oswego on
the south, Elgin on the north, Glen Ellyn on the east and DeKalb
on the west). If
your location is outside of the " Batavia area", simply add $25 per hour
for travel time (both ways) . I can also suggest some locations if you don't have
a favorite spot. If the location requires a permit and/or
admission fee, the cost is not included in the above fee.
Included in the fee at no additional
charge are:
- Selected un-edited images which will delivered on a CD /
DVD or they can also be posted in a private
location on the web for downloading.
- If there is one subject, up to three
lightly edited and cropped images - the best of the session
Available at an additional cost
- Studio
- Editing and retouching
- On-site printing of unedited images at your
event
Payment must be received before pictures
are delivered. Terms are NOT "work for hire"
and I retain copyright. I may use some of the images as part of my
online portfolios. While
I retain the copyright, you may edit, enhance, manipulate, use, and duplicate the
photographs in any manner you choose other than to sell them to others (all
of this is negotiable). Credit would be appreciated but is not
required. But you may not hold the pictures out as being taken by
anyone other than me.
All necessary paperwork that your
organization requires for payment must be detailed prior to our
agreement (W-4's, etc.).
